Question

Can the size of my nostrils be reduced?

They are considerably large and although this has not been a concern of mine in the past, my young sons are now finding themselves being taunted in school about the size of my nostrils.

Answer

It is a sad reminder of the behaviour of our society.

Nostril reduction can take different forms depending on the characteristics. Sometimes, this is a matter of bringing the outer corners of the nostrils inward, other times a matter of lowering the nostril rim or a combination of the two with slide downward rotation.

It would be necessary to evaluate in the consultation the characteristics of the nostril shape and what you would like to see as an end result in order to finalise some thoughts about possible interventions.
